Mining Industry NL is seeking a Manager, Outreach and Education to lead the development and delivery of its new Mining Bright Futures initiative. This full-time, six-month contract (with the possibility of extension) is based in St. John’s and offers the opportunity to work with educators, industry, Indigenous partners, and communities across Newfoundland and Labrador to inspire the next generation of mineral resource professionals.

The successful candidate will oversee outreach programs, develop curriculum-aligned STEM resources for K–12 students, coordinate province-wide workshops and events, and build meaningful partnerships that support workforce development and public awareness of the mining sector. Candidates with a background in education, project management, STEM, or community engagement are encouraged to apply. Applications close July 20, 2026.
